Regnum Hotel is located in Bodrum, occupying a project area of 33 acres. The facility includes one open barn for 15 horses, a pony outdoor arena, three paddock areas, and walking paths.
In this project, which aims to enhance children’s communication with animals and promote one-on-one interaction with horses, the stables are designed as ‘open stables’ to take advantage of the favorable weather conditions. The circular design of the stables aligns with the natural walking axes of the area’s occupants. Another benefit of this circular layout is the implementation of a green roof system, which complements the slope of the existing land.
The pony outdoor arena, measuring 50×80 meters, is situated directly in front of the stables. Its design harmonizes with the stables’ form, incorporating oval shapes in the corners.
