Developed in collaboration with Düzce Municipality, this project spans 113 acres and aims to increase interest in equestrian sports while establishing a center that meets international standards. The facility offers an introductory experience for newcomers to equestrianism through pony stables and a pony arena, while also catering to professional activities with its indoor and outdoor arenas, preparation areas, and competition arenas.

With a strong emphasis on preserving the natural environment, the project features walking and riding paths designed harmoniously around monumental trees, providing visitors with an immersive connection to nature. The facility also includes a restaurant/cafe, a modern clubhouse offering simultaneous views of the indoor and outdoor arenas, office spaces, and exhibition areas, ensuring top-tier comfort and amenities for its guests.
